Once you are evaluated to see if there are any risks that could potentially cause injury or that are hindering you from reaching your goals; our licensed therapists will come up with a plan that is right for you. Whether that be weight loss, healthy living, flexibility, injury prevention or recovery.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $50 cancellation charge.
