Service Description
This program is designed to encourage the injured worker to continue with their specific strengthening and conditioning program after the completion of rehabilitation in the physical therapy clinic. The program provides a familiar, safe and supervised environment for the individual to attain optimal physical function, fitness and wellness.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please give 24 hours in advance. If less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a $50 cancellation charge.
